Tutorials: Motorcycle care for gloss & matte paint

1. Remove coarse dirt with a high-pressure cleaner. Keep a minimum distance of 50 cm from sensitive parts (bearings, seals, electronics).
2. Spray Supreme Motorcycle Cleaner onto the cold, dry surface, spread with a brush and let it act for 1–2 minutes.
3. Gently rinse off with the high-pressure cleaner.
4. Wash the motorcycle with Motorcycle Wash (Bike Bath) and the Waschpudel. Two-bucket method: one bucket with clean water for rinsing, one bucket with Bike Bath.
5. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Dry carefully with the Ultra-Dry.

1. Clean the paint surface thoroughly and dry completely (as described under hand washing).
2. Apply Cleaner Fluid Regular with a polishing sponge in horizontal or vertical motions.
3. Wipe off with the Micro-Fluffy. Then apply a thin layer of Bike Sheen wax with an applicator.
4. Let cure for 10–15 minutes, then buff to a high gloss with a clean Micro-Fluffy. Do not press too hard.

Optional: Additionally seal the wax layer with Lotos Speed or Keramiq9.

3. Let act for 1–2 minutes. Spread with a soft rim brush and loosen brake dust. Wheel Spray Forte turns violet as a working indicator.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with the Ultra-Dry.

Optional: Seal the rims with Autobahn PTFE wheel wax for easier future cleaning.

5. Rinse thoroughly and dry carefully with the Ultra-Dry.

1. Clean matte paint with Motorcycle Pre-Cleaner Opaque to remove old sealants, contamination and oil traces.
2. Apply a thin layer of Bike Sheen Opaque wax with an applicator.
3. Do not let the wax cure – buff gently with the Micro-Fluffy. Do not press too hard.

Optional: Additionally seal the wax layer with Lotos Speed or Keramiq9.
