Refund policy

Right of return for consumers
The consumer has the right to cancel any distance contract within seven working days of receiving the goods. Special orders / custom-made products are not covered by this.

The cancellation must be made in writing, signed by the consumer, and must include our reference number for the order, along with the consumer’s personal details and address. It must be sent by fax or post, with the address and contact information on the invoice being decisive.

Upon receiving a cancellation notice, the consumer must immediately return the goods to us. The return must be made in the original packaging, at the consumer's expense, for goods valued up to CHF 50.00. If the value exceeds CHF 50.00, we will inform the consumer whether the return can be made postage-paid or if we will arrange for the collection of the goods.

The company will issue a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receiving the cancellation. The value of any damaged or opened goods, as well as the cost of collection/delivery for goods valued under CHF 50.00, will be deducted where applicable.

For all other buyers and commercial transactions
Delivered goods can be returned in their original packaging within seven working days of receipt. SWISSVAX reserves the right to deduct a handling fee of 10% of the purchase price for expenses incurred during the refund process. The buyer must provide the relevant purchase receipts and cover the cost of return shipping.

Special orders / custom-made products are excluded from this clause.
